About Peace for Kids

Teaching families the skills they need to live well and find peace amidst life’s challenges.

Bethany Anan, M.A., BCBA

Hi, I'm Bethany

You’re probably here because, like me, you’ve realized your child(ren) don’t yet have the skills they need to find peace in an increasingly stressful, challenging, and noisy world.

Even more, you might feel like very few people—if anyone—can understand what it’s like to parent your unique kids.

As a Licensed Behavior Analyst and a mother of two daughters—one of whom is neurodivergent—I felt like my girls needed a safe space to learn how to understand big feelings and cope with life’s challenges. I needed that space too!

No matter where you turn, there are multitudes of options to help children grow in their physical health with OTHER KIDS (think soccer, gymnastics, etc.), but not as many options are available to help kids grow in their mental health with OTHER KIDS.  I struggled to find the right fit for them—a place where they could be themselves in a fun environment with other kids.

That’s why I started Peace for Kids. All children need each other. All children need happiness. And all children deserve peace.
